At a Glance

  • Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
  • Plan upgrades and downgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing or refunds.
  • If a payment fails or a subscription is cancelled, the workspace is downgraded to the Free plan. Excess data is retained for seven days before permanent deletion.
  • Refunds may also be issued for duplicate charges, billing errors, or major service failures caused by DealPilot.

Plans and Pricing

DealPilot may offer both free and paid plans. Plan features, seat limits, usage limits, email account limits, and pricing are described on the pricing page, in a separate order form, or in another written agreement.

We may change plan offerings or pricing from time to time. If a material adverse change affects existing paid customers, we will provide reasonable advance notice.

Billing and Automatic Renewal

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance for the selected billing period and renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal.

You must keep a valid payment method on file and ensure that billing information remains accurate and up to date.

Upgrades and Downgrades

Plan changes take effect immediately.

When upgrading, the prorated difference for the remaining billing period is charged at the time of the change.

When downgrading or cancelling, a prorated refund for the unused portion of the current plan is issued to the original payment method, calculated based on the remaining days in the billing period.

Failed Payments and Data Retention

If a payment fails or a subscription is cancelled, the workspace is automatically downgraded to the Free plan.

Features and data exceeding Free plan limits become immediately inaccessible but are retained for seven days.

If the workspace is not upgraded within the seven-day grace period, excess data is permanently deleted.

Upgrading within the grace period restores full access to all retained data.

Refunds

Refunds for downgrades and cancellations are prorated automatically as described in the Upgrades and Downgrades section above.

Additional refunds may be issued for duplicate charges, billing errors, legal requirements, or major service failures caused by DealPilot.

No refunds are provided for change of mind after the refund deadline, or in cases where data has already been permanently deleted.

Taxes

Displayed prices include value-added tax (VAT). You remain responsible for any additional taxes, duties, fees, or charges required by applicable law.

This policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and billing-related disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Cheongju District Court.
