Scope of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of DealPilot and its related websites, applications, APIs, lead capture forms, booking workflows, pipeline management, notifications, email integrations, and any AI-assisted features that may be offered from time to time.

By accessing or using DealPilot, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

Accounts and Workspace Responsibility

You must provide accurate information, keep your account credentials secure, and use the service only with proper authority. If you create or administer a workspace on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

Workspace administrators are responsible for managing invitations, permissions, connected services, and access to shared customer records inside their team workspace.

Acceptable Use

You may use DealPilot only for lawful business purposes and only in ways that do not interfere with the operation, security, or integrity of the service.

  • You may not send spam, deceptive outreach, unlawful marketing, or content that infringes the rights of others.
  • You may not attempt to bypass security controls, access data without authorization, or disrupt availability of the service.
  • You may not collect or process personal data through DealPilot without an appropriate legal basis and any required notices or consents.

Customer Data and Ownership

You retain ownership of the data you submit, upload, transmit, or connect to DealPilot, including leads, form submissions, notes, bookings, email records, and related business data.

You grant PrimeCore a limited right to host, process, transmit, display, secure, and maintain that data only as necessary to provide, operate, protect, and improve DealPilot.

Email Integrations

DealPilot may support Gmail, Outlook, and IMAP or SMTP-based email integrations. If you connect an external email service, you authorize DealPilot to access and process the data necessary to authenticate the connection, sync messages, display conversation history, associate messages with CRM records, and support sending, replies, and templates.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to connect and use any external email account through DealPilot, and you must comply with the terms and policies of the relevant provider.

AI Features

AI-assisted features may be offered for convenience only. Any AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your use case.

You are responsible for reviewing any AI-generated output before sending messages, making decisions, or relying on the output for legal, commercial, or operational purposes.

Plans, Billing, and Refunds

DealPilot may offer free and paid plans. Plan features, usage limits, seat limits, and pricing are described on the pricing page, in the Billing and Refund Policy, or in a separate written agreement.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Plan changes — whether upgrades or downgrades — take effect immediately.

When upgrading to a higher plan, the prorated difference for the remainder of the current billing cycle is charged at the time of the change. When downgrading to a lower plan or cancelling a paid subscription, a prorated refund for the unused portion of the current billing cycle is issued to the original payment method. Refunds are calculated based on the remaining days in the billing cycle.

If a payment fails or a paid subscription is cancelled, the affected workspace will be downgraded to the Free plan. Any features and data that exceed the limits of the Free plan will become immediately inaccessible but will be retained for a grace period of seven days.

If the workspace is not upgraded to a qualifying paid plan within the seven-day grace period, DealPilot may permanently delete the inaccessible data. Upgrading within the grace period restores full access to all retained data.

Suspension and Termination

PrimeCore may suspend, limit, or terminate access to DealPilot if required for maintenance, security, legal compliance, misuse prevention, payment enforcement, or to address abuse of connected services and integrations.

You may stop using the service at any time. Termination or cancellation does not relieve you of obligations that arose before termination.

Disclaimers and Liability

DealPilot is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrimeCore disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrimeCore is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, business opportunity, data, or goodwill arising out of or related to the service.

Governing Law and Venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to DealPilot will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Cheongju District Court.
