Acceptable Use Policy
Rules for using Dealpilot responsibly.

This policy applies to every Dealpilot account and workspace. You are responsible for your users, connected data, recipients, and messages.
1. Lawful messaging
You may send messages only where you have a lawful basis and the right to contact the recipient. You must follow applicable email, privacy, consumer protection, and marketing laws, including opt-out requirements.
2. Anti-spam requirements
- Do not use purchased, scraped, stolen, or unlawfully obtained contact lists.
- Use accurate sender information and non-deceptive subject lines.
- Identify commercial messages where required and include a valid postal address.
- Provide a clear way to opt out and promptly honor unsubscribe requests.
- Do not contact suppressed, bounced, or objecting recipients through another list.
3. Prohibited use
You may not use Dealpilot for unlawful activity, phishing, malware, impersonation, fraud, harassment, hate, threats, privacy violations, unauthorized access, service disruption, or attempts to bypass usage or security controls.
4. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and restrict sending or suspend an account where reasonably necessary to protect recipients, customers, providers, or the service. Serious or repeated violations may result in termination. Contact support@dealpilot.dev if you believe an account is being misused.
