Billing, Cancellation and Refund Policy
How Dealpilot subscriptions and billing changes work.
Last updated August 1, 2026
1. Billing provider
Polar is Dealpilot’s merchant of record and handles checkout, payment processing, invoices, and applicable sales taxes. Your payment may also be subject to Polar’s terms and policies.
2. Subscription billing
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance at the price shown at checkout. Unless canceled, a subscription renews automatically for the next billing period.
3. Plan changes
An upgrade normally takes effect immediately. Any prorated amount for the remaining billing period may be charged at the time of upgrade. A downgrade normally takes effect on the next renewal date, and current plan access continues until then.
4. Cancellation
You can cancel through the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and access continues until that date. Cancellation does not automatically delete workspace data.
5. Refunds
Subscription charges are generally non-refundable, including unused time after a downgrade or cancellation. We may issue a full or partial refund at our discretion where appropriate or where required by law.
6. Failed payments and price changes
If a payment fails, we or Polar may retry the charge and may restrict paid features until payment is resolved. We will provide reasonable advance notice of material subscription price changes, which will apply from a future renewal unless otherwise stated.
7. Contact
